WHY isn’t the Government doing something to make Child Support Payments mandatory?

How about licence suspension?

Something that actually affects them in real time, similar to how it affects parents struggling to raise children.

I am doing all I can to make the bastard honest
And still he is getting away it.

But not me, I am required to comply, soon I’ll be living in my car with 2 teenage kids.
