Talofa and mauri to all Kaiga Tuvalu Communuty, hope you are all keeping well. As Easter is approaching and for those of you who haven't made plans yet please do come along for BBQ at Fairfield Park. Yarra Bend Rd to celebrate Easter and Foundation Day. We're starting from 8am-5pm yes 8am allowing for island time!! BBQ meat provided BYO drinks + whatever you wish to bring fekei, fausi etc. Plenty easter eggs and games for the kids, adults bring your guitars/ukuleles for some sing-alongs, fatele etc. Cheers and wish you all a happy and safe Easter. - Your KTV Secretary, Louisa.

Kaiga Tuvalu Community, independence day celebrations will be held this sat at the Church Hall, Woodhouse Grove, Box Hill. Hall will be open from 10am and lunch will start at 12noon. BYO food/drinks, some meat provided by Kaiga. Sorry for short notice which is due to unforseen circumstances. An explanation will be given to you on Saturday. Look forward to seeing you all there. Talofa to all our Kaiga Tuvalu Community. Just a short note to let you know Easter BBQ on Saturday Mar. 30, 2013 will be held at Fairfield Park from 8am onwards. BYO drinks and side dishes, meat provided. Please come along, bring your friends and kids, hopefully we have a nice day and please let your committee know if you wish to play volleyball, cricket etc so we can organise sports equipment to be brought to the park. Many thanks and look forward to see you all on the 30th.

CHANGE OF VENUE FOR KAIGA TUVALU XMAS BBQ
Due to Fairfield Park being claimed already by another group we wish to notify all members the bbq will now be held at Fikau's residence 255 Arthur St, Fairfield. Sorry for the inconvenience. I went to the park at 7am as usual and people were already there. It looks like I have to be there at 5am in the morning!!! Thanks and hope to see you all at 255 Arthur St.

Dont forget Tuvalu Independence this Saturday 6th October. Should be fun and very island multi cultural as we will be joined by our friends from the Solomons, Kiribati and a Polynesian group who will be performing on the night. Lots of food for everyone - raw and cooked fish, pork, chicken, lamb etc etc. see you all on Saturday - island style costume would be nice!

Your attendance is very much appreciated as the last 2 years we couldn't hold a meeting due to lack of attendance.
This is your chance to elect your new committee members who you think will best serve your community.

Where: Preston Town Hall

Hello again Kaiga Tuvalu. Update Easter Saturday BBQ at Fairfield Park, Yarra Bend Rd. Meat/Pig provided, BYO drinks and side dishes etc. Early start from 8am but I will be there from 7am. Lunch around 12noon, bring the kids..plenty of easter egg chocolates. See you all there.
