I joined the Doxa Cadetship Program while studying a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) and working at QBE as a cadet. From day one, Doxa made me feel like I belonged in the same room as some of the smartest people in the world, and that feeling stuck with me.
The program didn’t just open doors. It gave me the confidence to walk through them.
After QBE, I spent time at EY as a vacationer and later a graduate, then moved into financial analyst roles at UNSW and News Corp. But my biggest leap came later, stepping away from salaried roles and into entrepreneurship.
My first business was a flower show that failed. My second, a marketing agency called If and When, I eventually sold. Those experiences taught me more than any job ever did. Today, I run two businesses I genuinely love: INH Transport, a freight company based in Sydney, and Credle, a new venture helping people finance IVF and egg freezing.
The journey hasn’t been linear, but Doxa gave me a mindset I still carry, that no room is too big if you back yourself.
