🧠✨ Supporting Functional Mobility in Patients with Complex Mobility Needs
Come along for a practical, hands-on neuro rehab session designed to give you real insight into working with patients requiring higher levels of physical assistance.
Hosted by experienced neurophysiotherapists Maddison McAlister and Ellie Newman, this in-clinic event is your chance to tour a real rehab space, explore equipment, and build practical skills relevant across both community and acute settings.
You’ll get hands-on experience with:
• Pelvic orientation & tilt
• Bed mobility
• Sit to stand
• Sitting & standing posture
• Gait & mobility assistance
Expect a strong practical focus — plenty of opportunities to get involved, move, and learn by doing 💡 You’ll also hear about the clinic’s new graduate program and what it’s like working in neuro rehab post-uni.
