Story Wise Women is online this month on Thursday 26 October. So settle into the comfort of your home and listen to the wondrous variety of women’s lives - as it happened, as she made sense of it. We have two themes - Faith and Water, so choose one of them or combine them and tell a story of faith in water! (As always stories not on theme are welcome too). Forget about iveiw, netflix or stan, on October 26th kick off your shoes, settle onto the couch and let yourself be regaled with tales about what it means to be human - stories told live, by real women, about their experiences and what it means to them. Or bring a story, be heard and lead us the way.

We have not one but two possible themes for stories - Water and/or Faith. So let a tale spring forth from the well of story, tell us about a time you got through on a wing and a prayer, share a story about pools and puddles, mud and marshes, drinks and drowning and together let's put our faith in women’s stories.

This is an open -mic opportunity for up to 10 women to tell a true personal story - no notes it happened to you, and for the rest of us to listen and wonder, laugh and admire.

It’s time again for Story Wise Women, but this month we are sharing stories online, to enable women all over Australia to share and listen, tell and hear. In the comfort of your own home, with a hot or cold drink, snacks or even your dinner, settle in and listen to the infinite variety life brings us - stories to inspire, amuse, break and awe us. This month we have two themes:
Faith, so hold onto your rosary and we’ll all come along for the tide. Maybe its a story of the comfort you take from a religious or spiritual tradition. Or perhaps it is a story of when you lost faith, the leader who betrayed, the blind faith to a dead end, the creeping, screaming doubt, when and all that was left was yet another life lesson.
Our other theme is Water: so let a tale spring forth from the well of story. Tell us of pools and puddles, mud and marshes, drinks and drowning. Maybe it was a thirst quenched or your waters breaking; a baby in the bath, a slip in the creek, a rushing river or the delight of the ocean.
So put your faith in women and drink in the wisdom of our experiences. Bring a story or just an open heart. Tickets here:
