Something special has been quietly growing behind the scenes… and we are finally ready to share it with you all.

Nau piki mai, nau kake mai — i runga i te karanga o aroha, o manaaki ki teenei poo whakanui i a taatou, te iwi Maaori.
Ahakoa ko wai, ahakoa noo whea — haere mai.

E te whaanau, to ensure the smooth running of our evening, we kindly ask that bookings be made in **tables of 10** where possible.

We encourage each table to have one designated person as the **Table Host**. This person will:
• Coordinate their 10 guests
• Collect ticket payments
• Make **one full payment of $2,500** on behalf of the table

This helps us greatly with organisation and seating arrangements, and allows the night to flow beautifully for everyone.

For our **kaumaatua and whaanau** who may not be connected to a specific roopuu, kapa or kaupapa — we have set aside limited spaces for **individual payments**. Please reach out to us directly to confirm availability before making any payment.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we prepare a special and memorable evening for us all.

Kia ora e te iwi!
Another huge kaupapa unfolded over the weekend, with the West Melbourne Lions heading over to Adelaide and returning home victorious with an impressive 63–7 win, what an achievement! Congratulations on an incredible performance and well-earned glory.

We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community. It’s inspiring to see our rangatahi stepping forward with confidence and passion, and we look forward to watching you all grow and thrive in whatever paths you choose.

And judging by those haka in the video… I reckon you boys better come join kapa haka 🤣 let’s fuel that fire and sharpen those tools.

Some questions were asked about what Waitangi Day is, and why we acknowledge it. I thought this short clip might help explain for those who aren’t familiar because education is key. Waitangi can be a day of celebration but it is also a day of remembrance. It marks the signing of Treaty of Waitangi, honouring those who were involved, and acknowledging the ongoing journey that began that day. It’s a time to reflect, to learn, and to respect the histories that shape us, remembering that understanding the past helps guide how we move forward together.

3 Victorian teams head to the Gold Coast! What an achievment it is by our small state to enter 3 competing teams!

Its been almost 16 years since the last time this has happend (to my knowledge) last time was in 2010 when we sent Poipiripi, Ngaa Manu Waiata and Te Waka Raukura to Canberra ✨️
