Our Story
Established in 1967, Box Hill CIS Inc is a registered not-for-profit organisation providing emergency relief, services, information & support for people living in the Whitehorse area.
Our centre acts as a safety net for people experiencing financial and/or emotional distress who have limited funds or resources to help them alleviate their current crisis.
People accessing our centre typically have low or no income, making them vulnerable financially and emotionally. Others need support as a result of an unforeseen life changing event such as illness or family violence.
