ACES Community Highlights 𓆈
**Mother’s Day**
Mother’s Day at ACES was full of love and stories shared between our Aunties, Uncles, families, and staff. We gathered together for a beautiful lunch, celebrating the strong mother figures in our community who continue to guide, nurture, and care for generations.
A big shoutout to Steve, our deadly go-to performer, who had everyone singing along to the classics, and sharing plenty of laughs with his cheeky humour and warm spirit. Days like these remind us how important community, connection, and togetherness are here at ACES. It was truly special watching our Elders light up while stories and memories were shared around the room.
**Nurses Day**
Today we proudly recognise and celebrate our amazing Nursing and Care Staff who do so much for our Elders and community every single day. With a team of around 17 caring and dedicated staff across our Residential Services, they help make ACES feel safe, welcoming, and like home.
Their kindness, patience, and compassion never go unnoticed. Whether it’s having and a yarn, offering comfort, or simply being there when needed most, they care for our Elders with respect, dignity, and heart.
