We are deeply grateful to the generous donors who, through collective fundraising efforts, have enabled the supply of a Samsung projector by Device Donors via Haileybury School to Thayagam Australia. This valuable resource will be utilised at the school operated by Thiru Sirakuhal in Oortupulam, Kilinochchi, supporting and enhancing educational outcomes for students in the community.
We sincerely thank all parties involved in making this contribution possible, with special appreciation to Clarence, a past student of Haileybury School, whose support and commitment were instrumental in this initiative. We at Thayagam Australia are proud to announce a remarkable milestone in our educational journey: one of our dedicated students has achieved an outstanding result of 9 A's in the GCE Ordinary Level Examination, marking a historic academic achievement for the village of Ootupulam and Thayagam Australia. Additionally, 10 students have successfully passed their exams, qualifying to pursue Advanced Level studies—another significant accomplishment in our ongoing mission to uplift and empower young learners.

Since initiating our educational programs in 2021, we’ve witnessed the transformational power of knowledge and community support. This success would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of our teachers, the unwavering commitment of our students, the generosity of our sponsors, and the collective encouragement from the entire community.

Wishing Mrs. Sudha a Very Happy 50th Birthday!

Yesterday, on 09/07/2025, Mrs. Sudha celebrated her 50th birthday in a truly meaningful way — with the children of Thayagam School.

In a generous and touching gesture, Mrs. Sudha also sponsored the education expenses of a child for an entire year. Her kindness and commitment to the cause of education are truly inspiring.
