COME SEE OUR DRAGON STATUE | In the Year of the Dragon in 2024, this art piece invites Chinese artist Ms. Zhang Min for a collaborative creation, blending contemporary aesthetics with modern art. Dominated by red and gold, the seven-meter-tall dragon incorporates traditional elements like ingots, totems, and auspicious clouds.

With a four-meter-wide base, the dragon’s composed facial expression symbolizes the tenacity and resilience of the Chinese spirit.

The artwork will debut on February 11, 2024, in Melbourne’s Chinatown, celebrating the traditional festival with the Chinese community and fostering a shared appreciation for Chinese culture.
