Hello everyone,
Mr Anbukkaran Mailvahanam has passed two away days ago, due to heart attack, which could have caused from his overwhelming circumstances as a refugee living in limbo for 13 years. Anbukkaran came to Australia seeking safety when his life was in danger in Sri Lanka and had faced many struggles here including the fast-track visa process.
Being separated from his wife and children for 13 years caused immense emotional stress and mental strain, which deeply affected his life.
We have organised a fundraiser to support the arrangements for his final rites here in Melbourne. I humbly request your kindness and support during this difficult time. Any contribution, big or small, would be greatly appreciated.
