THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
It was all smiles and excitement at the drawing of the Easter Raffle on Thursday 2 April outside Bendigo Bank in Ashburton. Pictures of the event are here. The raffle prizes were nd some three huge hampers full of goods and vouchers donated by the Ashburton Traders valued at over $1,000, generous vouchers for legal and gardening services and an Easter hamper valued at $250.
The Edge Community Fund is a local charity helping children in Ashburton, Ashwood Chadstone and surrounding areas who might miss out on educational and extra-curricular activities and last year assisted over 50 children. For over 20 years the Raffle has been generously supported by local traders and lately funds matched by Bendigo Bank. We are all volunteers and the Easter Raffle is our one fundraiser.
Thank you for your generous support! We raised over $4500 $2 ticket at a time, from selling to Ashburton shoppers over the last few months.
