This isn't just a sports tournament—it’s a massive community movement featuring competitive multi-sport events and academic exams designed to bring clubs, families, and youth together from all across Victoria.
To pull off an event of this scale, we need leaders who want to step up, make a real impact, and take ownership of the planning and administration.

# # # 🗺️ WE ARE DIVIDING MELBOURNE INTO 6 STRATEGIC ZONES:
To ensure every corner of our city is perfectly coordinated, we have mapped out 6 distinct operational zones along Melbourne's major freeways. We need **Area Marshals** to lead the charge in each:
* 📍 **South West (SW):** Werribee, Point Cook, Tarneit, Truganina, and surrounding areas.
* 📍 **North West (NW):** Caroline Springs, Melton, Plumpton, Taylors Lakes, etc.
* 📍 **North:** Craigieburn, Epping, Roxburgh Park, and northern hubs.
* 📍 **North East (NE):** Greensborough, Doncaster, Eltham, and nearby suburbs.
* 📍 **South East (SE):** Dandenong, Cranbourne, Glen Waverley, Berwick, and surrounds.
* 📍 **CBD & Inner Suburbs:** Our central coordinating hub.

* 💰 **Sponsorship & Marketing Drivers:** Connect with corporate sponsors, local businesses, and drive event marketing to build engagement.
* 📋 **Administrative Champions:** Manage backend documentation, schedules, registrations, and volunteer structures.
