Understanding Ourselves Through Musa (AS) 🌿

We’re taught to stay strong, push through, and keep things to ourselves.
But beneath that, many of us are carrying stress, pressure, and things we don’t have the language for.

Yet the Qur’an doesn’t ignore the inner life.
It preserves it in detail.

From fear and exhaustion… to guilt, vulnerability, and the need for help, the story of Musa (AS) shows us that strength and honesty were never in opposition.

Join us for a brothers halaqa exploring the life of Musa (AS) through a psychological lens.

Expect a safe space, honest conversations, and practical takeaways you can carry into your everyday life as a student navigating real pressures

Souq of the Soul was created with the intention of building a space where people feel seen, welcomed, and able to show up as they are.

In partnership with MUHSEN, we are committed to making this event accessible to attendees of all abilities. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is part of the spirit of what this gathering is meant to be. Whether you require physical accommodations, sensory adjustments, seating support, quieter spaces, or any other form of assistance, we encourage you to let us know through your registration form or by reaching out to us directly.

We understand that accessibility looks different for everyone, and we want every person attending to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. No one should have to ask twice to feel included, supported, or considered within community spaces.
