Our CEO, Mamuch Chuol, had the privilege of sharing the story and impact of NextGen Unite at the Western Bulldogs Cultural Heritage Series.

It was a powerful opportunity to celebrate culture, community, and the role sport plays in creating pathways for the next generation.

We were also delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with the Western Bulldogs and the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation, with the NGU Cup returning to Mission Whitten Oval on 17 October 2026.

Adding to the excitement, NextGen Unite participants Aluk Kuol, Lual Deng and Diing Mayen who recently represented Vic Metro in the Under 16s and Under 18s programs, were out on the field alongside Nallei Jerring, showcasing the talent and potential emerging from our communities.

Together, these moments highlight what is possible when communities, clubs, and young people come together to create opportunity and inspire the next generation.

Stay tuned, there’s much more to come.

Congratulations to Aluk Kuol on her selection in the Under 18 Girls Vic Metro Squad. 👏🏾

A talented athlete with a strong basketball background, including state-level representation, Aluk has wasted no time making her mark in football, earning her a well-deserved place in the Vic Metro program.

Aluk was also a participant in our NGU Women’s Game last year, and it’s been great to watch her continue to grow and thrive in the talent pathway.

Football talent clearly runs in the family, with Aluk the younger sister of AJ Kuol, one of our NGU Westside captains in 2025, who is enjoying a strong season at VFL level.

We’re incredibly proud of Aluk and look forward to following her journey.

Well done, Aluk! ⭐️

Congratulations to Diing Mayen and Lual Deng! 👏🏾

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Diing Mayen and Lual Deng on their selection in the 2026 Vic Metro Under 16 Boys Squad.

Both boys have been actively involved in the NGU pathway and have consistently represented themselves, their families, and their communities with pride. Diing also co-captained our NGU Junior Bright Stars Game in 2024, demonstrating the leadership qualities that continue to take him to new levels.

Their selection is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment they have shown both on and off the field. We wish Diing and Lual all the very best at the National Championships and look forward to watching them continue to chase their goals and make the most of every opportunity ahead.

The future is bright. ⭐️🏉
