The 2026 Vinuri De Silva Biodesign Competition is open for expressions of interest! 💜
MBSI’s annual competition runs in Semester 2. Every year, we take budding entrepreneurs like yourself 🫵 through the process of biomedical innovation 👩‍🔬and connect you with industry professionals, clinicians, and experts within the field of medtech which culminates in an opportunity to pitch your product to a panel of experienced judges within Biodesign.

We are open to students of all backgrounds including Health Sciences, Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science and Law.
