💜🤍 XLH Awareness Day Light-Up Announcement 🤍💜
We're thrilled to announce another incredible Canadian landmark joining us in recognition of XLH Awareness Day on June 23rd!
This year, BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, will light up in purple and white to help raise awareness for X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH), a rare genetic disorder that affects phosphate regulation, bone health, mobility, and overall quality of life.
An iconic part of Vancouver's skyline, BC Place is one of Canada's premier sports and entertainment venues, hosting world-class sporting events, concerts, cultural celebrations, and community gatherings. Its distinctive presence has made it a symbol of pride for Vancouver and a landmark recognized across the country.
From coast to coast, communities across Canada are helping shine a light on the experiences of individuals and families living with XLH. Seeing such a significant Canadian landmark join this growing movement is a powerful reminder that awareness matters.
đź’ś Thank you to BC Place for helping make XLH visible.
🌟 Stay tuned as we continue announcing more landmarks and locations lighting up across Canada for XLH Awareness Day.
If you're in Vancouver on June 23rd, be sure to snap a photo and share it with us. We'd love to see Canada glowing purple and white in support of the XLH community!
