Micha’s interest in performing gave his family an opportunity to build on his strengths and support him to take the next step into Young People’s Theatre. 🎭

There, inclusion, encouragement and connection with his peers helped his passion flourish. We’ve continued working alongside Micha to build the skills and confidence that support his goals, including written communication and speech, supporting him to follow his passion for acting.

✨ Because inclusion isn’t just about taking part. It’s about creating opportunities to belong, grow and shine.

Just a quick update from last night’s successful trivia fundraiser. We had a great night together raising funds for our Little Ones Playgroup Program. The initial count is that we raised $13,500. We are incredibly grateful to all our sponsors and supporters. Stay tunes for an update on Monday.

Consider this your official warning to do your research and come prepared for our Trivia Fundraiser tomorrow night... or make sure you can connect with someone in the room willing to bid on your behalf.

Up for grabs in our silent auction:

🔥 A cricket bat signed by the 2025/26 Australian and England Ashes teams, valued at over $2,500

🔥 4 Premium Reserved Tickets to Day 2 of the Australia v New Zealand Test Match at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Tuesday 5 January 2027

These incredible prizes will be auctioned separately during the evening and will be given away on the night should they meet their reserve price.

Every dollar raised helps Firstchance continue supporting local children with disability or developmental delay and their families.
