πŸ“£πŸ“£NEW Recipe Alert!πŸ“£πŸ“£

This One Pot Vegetable Risoni is packed with veggies and makes a delicious side dish to serve alongside grilled meat, chicken or fish. If you don't have these vegetables on hand, you can easily swap them for leek, pumpkin, sweet potato, corn or cauliflower.

Not only is this recipe delicious, but the best part is that it all comes together in one pot, meaning less washing up afterwards! ☺️

Looking for a way to use up leftover hot cross buns from Easter? Cut them in half and swap them in for the fruit loaf in our Bread and Berry Pudding recipe. Blueberry season doesn't start until July, so feel free to use frozen blueberries - or any other frozen berries you have on hand! πŸžπŸ“πŸ’
