ANSA NSW Social Outing - NOWRA

Hi All,

You should be aware that ANSA NSW has a social non-competitive event scheduled for Saturday 21st of February 2026 and Sunday 22nd of February 2026.

Several of our ANSA NSW member clubs will be in attendance.

Basically, it is a social gathering between ANSA NSW Clubs throughout the State. A get-together to share some fun, fishing tales and just have a bit of a laugh.

If you are interested, this is basically the set-up for the weekend.

On Saturday you drive down or up and fish, followed by a BYO BBQ at Holiday Haven Culburra Beach starting between 6pm and 6.30pm. There is a camp kitchen on site that can be shared to cook on.

On Sunday, you go for a fish or elect to go home. Up to you.

For early arrivals, club members will gather on Friday night, 20th of February 2026, at the Culburra Bowling Club between 6pm and 6.30pm for dinner and a beer.

There are plenty of powered and unpowered camp site still available, but get in quick.

You will need to book your own accommodation online or call:

Recreational Fishing Survey

This survey project is fully supported by ANSA and other members of the Australian Recreational Fishing Foundation (ARFF), the overarching national peak body for all recreational fishers. Please encourage your members to participate in the survey (which takes less than 20 minutes to complete) and be in the running for some great prizes.

We are mindful that the survey closes on 30 January so please act quickly and share the survey to all recreational anglers.
