Flu season is here and it’s starting to hit hard ❄️🤧

A friendly reminder for our seniors and community members to take extra care over the coming weeks. As temperatures drop, flu cases tend to rise, and older adults are more vulnerable to complications.

The good news is protection is easy and accessible.

You can get your flu shot at your local chemist or GP, and it’s one of the best ways to stay well this winter.

Stay warm, stay safe, and don’t hesitate to reach out to your local pharmacy or doctor if you’re due for your vaccination 🧣✨

A beautiful day spent out of the wet weather exploring something special in the community! ☔✨

Our group visited the Hunters Hill Historical Society and were treated to a wonderful experience discovering local history, stories, and heritage that make this area so unique 🏛️

We also had the chance to enjoy an amazing art exhibition on display - showcasing incredible creativity, talent, and colour🎨🌿

A cosy, culture-filled day well spent indoors while staying dry from the rain! 🌧️🙂

1st of June is here! ❄️

Today we recognise Global Day of Parents, a United Nations day to appreciate all parents for their commitment, love, and dedication to their children.

It also marks the start of winter here in the Southern Hemisphere - hello cooler mornings, cosy days, and a fresh new season in Sydney! ⛄

And to top it off… it’s booking day and our phones are going crazy! 📞😅

Well… it’s because we’re out shopping! 🛒🍎🥕

Every Thursday, our shopping buses head to Leichhardt Marketplace and Marrickville Metro, with a friendly bus assistant on board to help with the heavy lifting and make the trip that little bit easier.
