🌺 Expression of Interest Opening Soon! 🌺

Bula Mate Project Inc. is excited to announce that Expressions of Interest for market stalls and food vendors at Fiji Day on the Coast 2026 will be opening soon.

We’re bringing together food, culture, community, markets and live entertainment for a vibrant celebration on the Sunshine Coast.

📅 Saturday 10 October 2026
📍 Meridan Community Centre
⏰ 10:00am – 4:00pm

The official EOI form will be made available soon via Google Forms, with applications planned to open from Monday 25 May 2026.

The form will include separate sections for market stallholders and food vendors, along with event information, application requirements, and terms and conditions.

We welcome expressions of interest from suitable market stalls, community/cultural stalls, craft/gift stalls, information stalls and food vendors, with preference given to stallholders whose products, services or offerings align closely with the spirit of the event.

Please note: we are not seeking fresh produce stalls at this stage.

Spaces will be limited, and submitting an EOI does not guarantee acceptance, as applications will be reviewed to ensure a suitable mix of stalls for the event.

This funding will help us deliver a safe, welcoming and family-friendly celebration of Fiji’s Independence Day right here on the Sunshine Coast.

🔑✨ A New Chapter for Bula Mate Project ✨🔑

Yesterday afternoon, Bula Mate Project officially received the keys to our new office space.

We are incredibly grateful to Stephen and Kathy from Caloundra Towing for their generous in-kind support in providing office space for our organisation through 2026.

Caloundra Towing has proudly served the Sunshine Coast community for over 50 years, providing professional accident towing, breakdown assistance, and secure vehicle holding services. Known locally for being reliable, friendly, and professional, they are a trusted name in our region.

This space will serve as our private operational base as we continue planning and coordinating community initiatives across the Sunshine Coast, including Fiji Day on the Coast 2026. Please note this is an administrative workspace and not a public drop-in office.
