An update from RISE2 as we take the next step

To our incredible community, we have some important news to share.

In the coming weeks, we will be closing the standalone RISE2 social media page.
First, thank you. Thank you for every like, share and message of support. Your engagement has helped shine a light on the vital work happening every day.

What’s changing?
We are entering an exciting new chapter with a full rebrand. To bring our community together, all updates, news and stories will now live under our main page, Coast2Bay Housing Group.

What’s staying the same?
Our mission. RISE2 remains fully committed to providing housing for people impacted by Domestic and Family Violence. The program is not changing. We are simply bringing our voice together in one social page.

You will soon see a fresh new look across our channels, and we would love you to be part of this next phase.

Shimmy Mob Sunshine Coast will be shimmying for RISE2 this May, raising funds and awareness for RISE2.

Their dancers have been practising hard and will bring a vibrant performance to the Eumundi Markets stage between 11 am and 12 pm on Saturday, 9 May.

We would love to see a great crowd there on the day.

Over the Christmas period, our team will be taking a break. Our offices will close on 25th December and reopen on 5th January 2025. We wish everyone a lovely Christmas and Happy Holidays.

Recently, friends and supporters came together at Pier 33 in Mooloolaba for High Tea and champagne tasting. It was an elegant event with an even bigger purpose.

We’re excited to share that The Thompson Charity Foundation ’s event raised $10,000 for RISE2. These funds will help create safe, welcoming homes for families impacted by domestic violence.
