Gympie, it’s your turn! đŸ€Ž

One of the most common messages we’ve received over the past year has been:

“When are you coming to Gympie?”

I’m so excited to finally say
 we’re here.

Starting this July, Raising Mamas will be bringing our much-loved mothers’ groups to Gympie in the hub, creating a space for local mums to find connection, support and community during pregnancy and the first year of motherhood.

If you’ve been craving conversations with other mums, expert guidance, and a village that truly understands this season of life, we’d love to welcome you.

✹ Starting 15 July
✹ First Year Programs
✹ Weekly expert speakers
✹ A beautiful community of local mums

Because motherhood is better together đŸ«¶đŸœ

Motherhood feels different when you have people beside you đŸ€Ž

The mums who message you back at 2am.
The weekly outing that gets you out of the house.
The conversations that make you feel normal again.
The coffee after group.
The little friendships forming on the mat beside your baby.

That’s the magic of mothers groups.

Our waitlist for next term is officially open across all Raising Mamas locations and if you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is your sign đŸ«¶đŸœ

Current mamas receive first access to enrolments, followed by our waitlist before public release.

One of the beautiful things about our groups is hearing professionals speak in ways that feel supportive, practical and genuinely calming for mums.

This term, .au shared about responsive feeding with our Buderim groups and there were so many little “ohhhh” moments around the room.

Sometimes we don’t need more pressure around motherhood.
We need frameworks that help us soften into it.

Thank you Jess for sharing your wisdom with our village đŸ€Ž

Not every moment of motherhood feels easy to enjoy.

And that doesn’t make you any less grateful.
Or any less a good mum.

Maybe what we actually need
is somewhere honest to land đŸ€Ž

She’s in thousands of memories

but barely any photos.

The way she holds them.
The way they reach for her.
The way she looks at them like they’re her whole world.

It’s happening every day

and she’s usually the one behind the camera.

This Mother’s Day,
take the photo.

Not the posed one.
The real one.

Because one day, your children won’t care about perfect

they’ll just want to see her.

The way she loved them.
The way she was there.

That’s what lasts.

I learnt this from Emma at and honestly
it stopped me in my tracks.

50% of mums will experience prolapse.
1 in 3 will experience incontinence.

And yet so many of us are cleared at 6 weeks and told we’re good to go, without really understanding what our bodies have just been through.

Emma is a trainer, which means she’s specifically trained to support pregnancy and postpartum bodies in a way that’s actually safe and effective.

Not just getting you back into exercise, but helping you understand your body and move in a way that supports your recovery.

This is why we bring women like Emma into our rooms.

Because you deserve more than guesswork when it comes to your body.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone đŸ€
