8:54pm Wallarah Rural Fire Brigade crews were called to a confirmed Vessel Fire at Wyee Point. Crews responded quickly and headed to the scene with a person now confirmed to be in the water. Thankfully the person made their way safely to shore. Crews extinguished the fire however due to excessive damage the vessel later sank. Booms were deployed around the affected area to capture containments. Well done to all the crews involved.
