Surf Life Saving SA, local paramedics, and medical professionals are delivering a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 for the community.

🔹 Critical bleeds
🔹 Spinal injuries
🔹 Aquatic, coastal & remote environments

𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻:
✔ How to respond to major trauma
✔ Practical use of Trauma First Aid Kits
✔ Real-world demos with emergency professionals
✔ No experience needed

🏄 Ideal for surfers, fishers, divers & all community members

Skills are transferable beyond aquatic settings (e.g. farming, road incidents)

Please Note - the truck will leave the Marion Bay CFS Station and travel the following Route -

CFS Station along Slow street stopping at Town Hall Playground and Caravan Park Lawn area then back along main road past Jetty and into the Station.

Thank you for your kind donation to CFS helping get Easter Bunny and of course the Marion Bay CFS Crew members that volunteer their time.

We’re getting in early… ✨

Our market dates are locked in with plenty of notice this year.

🗓 Sunday 2 October 2026 & Saturday 4 January 2027
⏰ 10am–2pm

If you’re a creative or grower on Yorkes and have been thinking about giving a market a go, our small community market is the perfect place to start. You can even share a stall with a friend and split the $25 fee to take part.

We love creating a space close to home where Yorkes makers can showcase and sell their beautiful products.

International War Animal Day is February 24th.

The service is held at the Corny Point Anzac Commemorative Gardens at 10am followed by morning tea.

Everyone is welcome to attend.

If you would like to lay a wreath or tribute on behalf of your community or your family please contact Chris 0478 589 542

If you are bringing your own pets please have them on lead as there will be other animals at the service including horses.
