We'll be at Rotary Park from 7am for a walk, a chat, a coffee and a BBQ breakfast.
No pressure. No expectations. Just good people and good conversation.
No One Walks Alone.

An important day on our calendar. Speak Out, stand up. Be there for others who need it. They want to put and end to bullying and provide support for those who are being bullied. But more importantly start the conversation with your family and friends about what it can do to others.
Its a great reminder that the little things we do can have a great impact on peoples lives.

Free bbq, good chats and a forest walk.
All blokes welcome.

A space for men to be themselves, unload the burden and be supported by others.
We aren't professionals just blokes who have been through it and still are. Turning up every week for ourselves and others.

Real connections, real support and building a community of men who are working to be the best version of themselves.

Checking in on your mates is so much more powerful than you realise.
Its not just small talk, it makes them feel seen and feel heard. It can be the small things that make all the difference to us.
Take the time to check in and see how your mates are going this week it may just give them the lift they need.

Self Seen Sunday Mornings
7am Rotary Park

We are a group for the men of Margs. Our aim is to change the stigma around mens mental health.

Every Sunday we have a bbq at 7am and go for a walk through the forest to the weir and back. We treat a chat about our mental health the same as talking about how much freo will beat the eagles by this week. We arent professionals but a group of blokes who have been through some s**t and are still going through it.

We turn up for oursleves and for others every week, rain hail or shine. New blokes always welcome.

With everything going on in the world at the moment make sure you put some time into the week to look after yourself and those around you. Every small act of generosity, kindness, empathy and support can make all the difference to yours or someone elses day.

Cost of living going up, travel plans are up in the air but we live in the best part of the world and have so much to be grateful for.

We meet every Sunday 7am at Rotary Park for a free bacon n egg roll, a good walk through the forest and spend some time having great conversations with a bunch of blokes who turn up every week for themselves and others.
