Musical Munchkins at Maraylya

Musical Munchkins is a playgroup for kids aged 0-5 and their carers run by Pitt Town Anglican Church.

We get to play, sing songs, hear stories, do craft, and learn about Jesus. Thursdays from 9.30-11am
$4 for 1 child, or $7 for a family

Term 3 kicks off on 30th July with a playdate. Then we have 8 awesome weeks all about being creative in different ways! Hope to see you and your little munchkins - and now is the perfect time to msg a friend and invite them along too.

We can’t wait to start back up again. We will post a term outline soon, but for now save the date for Term 1 to start on 12th Feb at Maraylya on Thursdays. Remember to msg your friends so they can join too.

Term 4 kicks off next week! It’s the best term of all as we head towards Christmas and celebrate how wonderful Jesus is.
As we do each year, we would love munchkins families to join us at our outdoor 5pm Church carols services (7th and 14th Dec). The munchkins kids will be invited to get up and sing our term theme song and a Chistmas song. Save the dates, and we will share more details soon. 🎄 🎶

Just a reminder that this week is dress up week! 😀 What do you want to be when you grow up? Last time my daughter joined in with this program she wanted to be a butterfly 😆 🦋

This week is the last musical program for term 2, and we have added a play date on the 1st and 3rd of July (which is free for everyone to attend including current families).

We’ve had so much fun learning about all the animals that God has made. Even though it’s the last couple of weeks before the break, it’s always a good week to invite a friend and join us for the first time.

Term 3 starts on July 29th and 31st and we will post a term flyer in the coming week.

The council provide an amazing free car seat safety check, and this years date for Maraylya Community Hall (Boundary Rd) is on Thursday 22nd of May. We will also run our usual playgroup program that day, so you could get your kids seats checked (or new seats fitted) and also join us for as much of the morning as you like. Call the number on the flyer to book in your car.

We are so excited that Musical Munckins is about to begin for 2025. Our term starts on Thursday 13th Feb, and as always anyone is welcome to join us any week (no pre registration required). Your first 5 visits are free.

What to expect: from 9.45-10.15 we run a music program with singing, instruments and musical activities. We also learn a Bible memory verse each term based on our theme, and read a book. Then we share morning tea time together, and do craft or enjoy free play time. Hope to see you there!
