Dear Manly Mums,

This February the Sydney Sixers will be running a small Social Women’s Competition that we would love you to be apart of. We wanted to set something up in the beaches where women/mums can give cricket a go in a fun and social setting. The fast and exciting competition sees two 7 player teams play a social game of soft ball cricket. The game length has been designed to keep players active for around 1.5 hours with both sides batting for 14 overs. Cricket NSW will be providing the bats, balls, stumps and umpires with your teams only responsibility being to determine which player will bring your teams well deserved Friday drink. The competition is targeted toward mums and teenage girls and thus those that would like to create a mothers /daughter’s team are highly encouraged.

We hope that you can form a team of 7 to give it a go as I’m sure your daughters will love to see you in action.

Start Date: Friday 12th Feb
Length: 5 weeks
Time: 5:15pm-6:45pm
Location: Grahams Reserve
Cost: $50 per person
