Fantastic to see demolition of 40 Stuart Street progressing and fulfilling the long term advocacy to save our precious harbour foreshore as community land for the enjoyment of everyone.

The beach cottage and land neighbouring the Little Manly Beach Reserve have been part of a long-running debate.
