The Apex Club of Manjimup

Apex is a volunteer community service organisation open to men and women aged 18 to 67 Nevertheless, Apex is also about fun. Once in Apex, always an Apexian

Apex Australia survives through the strength of its members, with over 140 clubs and 2000+ members, and many thousands more past Active, Lfe and Senior active members. The Ideals of the Association are the creed that Apex members follow in this unique brand of volunteerism, and have been doing so since Apex was first created by three young Geelong architects, who wanted to simply make a difference

in their community. Apexians make a difference to their communities through living the idelas of Citizenship, Service and Fellowship. Apex is a lot of hard work, and many individuals Apexians commit hundreds of service hours each year to various community projects. Members often say that they join for the opportunity to make a difference...but they stay due to the great friendships that are forged.

The Apex Club of Manjimup Inc is pleased to report a fantastic day was had by our local senior citizens!

This year we catered for 105 seniors which is our largest event since the covid lockdowns.

The Senior Citizens Xmas Luncheon has been a local event since 1970. This is our 55th year of spreading joy to our seniors who have contributed to our society and helped make Manjimup the wonderful place that it is.

None of this would be possible without the support of our local community & businesses with their donations ensuring the events success.

Thank you as we hope to see our seniors again next year and hope our community has the capacity to help underpin the event next year for benefit of our seniors who have given so much to our community.

Hello Everyone,

Please be reminded that the Annual Senior Citizens Luncheon is this weekend Sunday 30th November starting 11:30am at the Manjimup Wellness Centre.

Please ensure to book at the local Manjimup Newsagency by Wednesday 26th November to ensure you can be catered for.

There is no cost to seniors and this event is 100% donated by the Apex Club of Manjimup Inc.

Seniors over 65 are welcome from the Pemberton, Bridgetown, Manjimup area. We look forward to seeing you all there.

The Apex Club of Manjimup has proudly donated a load of firewood for the Hospital Auxillary raffle on the 28th of August for Fathers Day. The Apex Club of Manjimup INC has been proudly servicing our community since 1955. We wish the Hospital Auxillary a successful raffle on their fundraising journey.
