Today under perfect conditions for a walk, jog, or sprint we had 110 of you fine folk enjoy parkrun.

Of those we had, 7 first time at parkrun, 10 visitors and 21 PB's. Welcome and also well done.

A reminder about next week.....
The carpark will most likely be closed before parkrun, please park at the train station and be alert to a potential high level of pedestrians.
There will be a temporary course change for next week

Back again by popular or unpopular demand.... 🤔 and still ranked in in the top 5 of Run Directors at BSL 💥

The weather's looking great for all our speedsters, plodders and walkers. Bashing out a PB, achieving a personal goal or just getting amonst the community. Bring a friend, neighbour or relative and show them how to start the weekend right ✔️

We have a stacked volly roster this week and email reminders have been sent to those Superstars 🤩

Bit of housekeeping for this Saturday -
▪️Any 1st timers, please be there at 7.45am for the brief as we sacrifi..... 😲 I mean, one of our new event team members will be running you through our course.
▪️We will need all attendees to listen to the Run Director (even if youve heard it before) this week as there might be some important information regarding the following weeks parkrun which may include a few temporary changes.

Good morning parkrunners

What a fantastic morning for Event No 61. We had 119 parkrunners join us today (you know the weather is getting better 😄). Well done to all 25 of you that bagged a PB and a BIG BSL welcome to the 24 First Timers that joined us today, we hope you enjoyed the course and our hospitality and hope we’ll see you again.

Our first Pacing Event was a great success, LOTS of positive feedback so this will be a regular monthly occurrence from now on.
