Black Swan lake parkrun #44

This morning we had 95 parkrunners come along to enjoy the outdoors on a slightly cooler morning.

Of those, we had -
1 - very first time at parkrun 🥳
15 - first time at BSL 👋
22 - PB'S 💪

As we head into tomorrows parkrun I thought I'd share a reminder of the under 11 policy.

It has been noted and bought to our attention by vollys , that some may have forgotten this policy.

Here's the link in case anyone with under 11 parkrunners needs a refresher. We'd hate to see any under 11s have a time deleted.

Phew!!! 😃

I thought I was going to have to do the dreaded RD post of no vollys no parkrun post...... which sucks!

Thankfully I don't 🥳

A 1st timer junior volly has stepped up to Marshal.

Our roster for this week is thankfully now full! 👍

Can't wait to see you all on Saturday.

Apparently our RD Belinda is the best at folding our volly vests ...... I will say that they were pretty good.

So I've stepped it up and I quote my youngest....
"They are pretty crisp Dad"

Well there we go....the weekend is over and It's Sunday night. ☹️
The feeling heading into another work week....🙄

I've got the solution to make your week amazing!

Imagine waking up tomorrow with some purpose and knowing that you will be a red vest legend at parkrun next Saturday! That buzz will make your week go real fast. Not to mention the feeling of being a volly.

All you have to do is just say yes and be a Marshal or Finish token handerouterer 🥳😃
