Sometimes I just need to go sit by the water. 🤍

No to-do list. No trying to figure it all out.

the sound of the river, and a breath that finally has somewhere to go.

We live in a world that tells us to push through, fix it, keep going.

And sometimes we can.

But sometimes the most honest thing we can do is admit that we’re tired.

That we’re hurting.

That we need to come back to something simpler than the noise in our heads.

Nature doesn’t rush.

The river doesn’t apologise for moving slowly.

The rocks don’t explain themselves.

And neither do you have to.

If today is hard — come back to your breath.

Come back to yourself.

Find your river, your bench, your patch of sky. Whatever brings you back to you.

That’s not giving up. That’s how we survive the hard stuff.

You don’t have to fix it today. You just have to breathe. 🤍

Sometimes you just need somewhere to make a mess and not apologise for it. 💛

Let’s Get Messy is a creative intro session at The Mindshift Hub — paper, magazines, stamps, textures, scissors and glue. Cut it up. Layer it over. Start again. Make something out of whatever’s in your head.

No rules. No right way. No pressure to make it look good.

📅 Wednesday 15th April | 12–1:30pm
