Mandurah Photography Club is a group of like minded friends who get together twice a month to share their passion for photography.

Here's a few photos from our last appraisal night. An appraisal night is not intended as a competition but as a way of getting your photos 'appraised' by a trained photography judge. It's a great way to learn how to improve your photos.

Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced. If you're interested in seeing what we get up to, please contact us.

Our last Education Night was a portrait shoot. Here's a few of my photos from the night. We had two models and two sets. A big thank you to Erin and Jenny for being our models. Good fun!

Our last get together was an 'Appraisal Night', where we got expert opinion on what works well and also how we can improve our photos.

On Wednesday (25th March), we are having an Education Night where we'll be getting tuition on how to improve our portraits and also some hands on portrait photography.

We would be delighted to see you on Wednesday night at our Photo Appraisal Night

The judge bases their comments on standard criteria so it's a great way to learn how to improve your photography.

Our next Education Night will be on March 25th where we'll be learning how to improve our portrait photography. BYO camera.

For last night's Education Night, we had member Peter Dawson telling us about his career as a professional photographer and get us started on some Table Top photography. The night was well attended and good fun. Upcoming topics are portraits and street photography.

Mandurah Photography Club generally meets twice a month for an Education Night and a Photo Appraisal Night.

This event offers a chance for photography enthusiasts to connect with club members and learn more about the club's activities. Mandurah Photography Club is running a photography exhibition at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre from the 26th of April until the 26th May. This is a great opportunity to see some of the amazing images that members of the club create and we encourage anyone interested in art/photography to come along and have a look. The club is always happy to welcome new members as well.

The Mandurah Photography Club is based in Mandurah, Western Australia and has been bringing people together since 1972 to share their passion for photography. Club activities provide a social and learning experience. We hold club nights, workshops, outings, photo walks, exhibitions and more. ​

Our Next Appraisal night is Wednesday 12th July 6.30pm at 95 Park Rd Mandurah - The Lions Den. All visitors welcome to attend. $5.00 entry fee.
Mandurah photography club offers for their members monthly appraisal nights to submit your images and receive valuable feedback from skilled judges and professionals in the field. With their expert critique, you'll learn how to improve your images and take your photography to the next level.
We also have monthly workshops where you can learn new techniques and explore different styles of photography. Once a month, we gather for a walkabout in the local area, providing the perfect opportunity to walk and connect with other members. Plus there is weekends away 2-3 times a year.
Whether you have been photographing for years or just starting out, we welcome you to join us and discover all the exciting possibilities our club has to offer!
