Registration for this year’s Christmas Hamper & Children’s Gifts is now opened! Scan the QR code below, and/or come to our Salvos Community Connect Centre on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays from 9am to 11:30am to see our team and fill-in the Gift of Christmas registration form. Please bring your Medicare or Healthcare Card to complete registration. Last day of registration is Monday 7th December.
Together with Bridge Builders and WestAus Crisis and all other Peel local agencies, The Kindness Collective is working to support local families in our community with food for a Christmas meal and gifts for children.

Youth who are in high school (year 6-12) are invited to our next Youth Hangout! Saturday 17th October at 6pm! A night to hang-out, build positive friendships and connections, watch a movie, and have a bit of fun! Please bring $5 for dinner and snacks to be provided. Alongside our Sunday Kids Church launch, we also had our first Youth Hang-Out and it was so much fun! We were so blessed to be able to spend time with the youth together, building connections and getting to know one another on a deeper level. We enjoyed playing games, sharing a meal, and having lots of laughs together. This is just the beginning of something special. ♥️

What a wonderful start it was two weeks ago to our Sunday School Kids Church journey! We are excited to see children growing in faith, building friendships, and learning more about God's love. Thank you to everyone who helped make our launch a success. We look forward to seeing what God has in store for this new season for our children and youth here at Mandurah Salvos!

FREE HAIRCUTS happening today till 11:30am! Our lovely hairdresser Paula is offering free haircuts to those who need! Please come with clean hair and showers are available here at our centre.

What a great start it was yesterday to begin our partnership with Vetwest Rockingham! 12 community members brought their pets and they had received FREE basic health checks, care, and immunisations!

A pet can be a life saver for some people. The constant unconditional love of a pet can be a source of stability and security, particularly for those who are lonely and isolated. A sincere thank you to Claire, Piper, and Dr. Laura for giving up your time, skills, and knowledge to serve our local community member and their pets in keeping them healthy!

The lovely staff are coming back here at Mandurah Salvos on Tuesday 22nd Sept at 9am-1pm! Limited spots are available to be booked on [email protected].

What a great South Region Youth UNITED night we had recently! We had so much fun participating in the theme of Escape Room, solving different case files, followed by a time of worship and an awesome word from Kathie! We also enjoyed some dinner together and lots of laughs and fellowship! ❤️ We are so grateful for our Youth United crew and the opportunity to come together, have fun, worship Jesus, and grow in our faith! 🙌🏼

Yesterday morning we had an awesome time celebrating and witnessing our children renewing their commitment in following Jesus! It was wonderful to have Shella, the WA Salvos Children’s Secretary, as our guest and to hear her share about the importance of connecting with one another as an intergenerational congregation. We were also encouraged by Cadet Ree’s message about how we face spiritual battles — to remember that we belong to Jesus; to cling onto Jesus; and to guard our hearts with the Word of God.
