A fabulous turnout for our Vietnam Veterans Community Lunch today. Tuesday will be the 60th Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan.
We had visitors from Gawler RSL Salisbury RSL and the Vietnam Veterans Association- Northern Area.
We were entertained by the veterans involved with the program Guitars for Vets.
Thank you to our volunteers Margaret Sands, Fay Coster, Bruce Carlaw and Lindsay Nesbit for making the day the success that it was.

Lindsay Nesbit won the meat tray tonight with Cooper and Frank going home with chocolate freckles.
The Member's Draw jackpots due to Pommy Paul not being at the club.
Don't forget it is Soup Lunch this Wednesday 19th August from 12 noon till 2pm. All welcome

The August Soup lunch is on Wed 19th August (note change of week)
The soups will be Potato and Leek, Lamb Shank and Barley and a vegetable soup.

Nellie and Paddy were very excited about winning the meat tray tonight. Keiran won the chocolate freckle. Joanne missed out on the Member's Draw so it jackpots next week.
Don't forget Breakfast is on at the RSL this Sunday from 8.30am to 11.30am.
