Hi folks, it's 3MGB Membership Drive for the month of September. To join or renew your membership, please fill out our membership form and pay the membership fee by the 1st of October. You can fill out the form online on our website's Membership page (the link is below) or by using the one emailed to current members, which can also be downloaded from our website home page.

Payments can be made by direct debit or credit card (via the website), bank transfer to 3MGB or by paying cash at Bribe's - please see the form for more details.

GOOD NEWS!!
We’re pleased to announce that the FM transmission problems are now fixed, so 3MGB is back on air via the FM airwaves. A shout-out to Adan Shaw from Shaw Electrics, who did such a great job in identifying the problem, sourcing the part and then installing it for us. Many thanks, Adan!

Dear 3MGB listeners, you may have noticed we are having some transmission problems. In a nutshell, if you tune into 101.7 or 96.9 FM you can only hear ABC Radio National and/or ABC Gippsland.

You can listen to 3MGB via our website – https://www.3mgb.org.au/ Just click on ‘Listen Live’ up the top of the home page or the arrow down the bottom. You can also use apps such as Community Radio Plus or iHeart Radio.

To fix the problem we need to replace some equipment in the Telstra tower here in town. This process is underway but it will take several days for the parts to arrive. We’ll keep you posted!

For the first time, Astro Granny will be hitting the airwaves tomorrow morning on the Morning Breakfast with Maggie. Local astronomer Astro Granny has the latest on what's happening in our night sky. If you miss this show, Astro Granny's night sky report will be uploaded to the 3MGB website. Hopefully, there will be many more episodes from Astro Granny.
