As promised in my last post, here's the A Current Affair story about our work in Ukraine.

It gives you a glimpse of what life is like for many ordinary Ukrainians living through war, and why we've felt called to spend more of our time there supporting local communities, healthcare workers and our Ukrainian partners.

The story only captures a small part of what is happening, but we hope it helps you understand why this work has become such an important part of our lives.

Thank you again to everyone in Kowanyama for your friendship, encouragement and prayers over the years. The support and love you showed us has helped shape who we are and continues to inspire us as we serve on the other side of the world.

Hi Kowanyama family ❤️

When we were back in Kowie recently, I promised those of you who couldn't make it to our talk that I'd record it and share it with you. Quite a few people told us they were disappointed they missed it, so here it is.

This is the same talk we gave in Kowanyama, where we share a bit about what we've been doing, thank you all for the love, friendship, prayers and support you've shown us over so many years, and explain why we'll now be spending much more of our time serving in Ukraine.

Kowanyama will always hold a special place in our hearts. The lessons we learned there and the friendships we made continue to shape everything we do. Although our work is taking us to the other side of the world, you'll always be part of our story.
