Did you know the Malanda Chamber of Commerce is about more than Business?

We work to support local businesses, advocate for our community, and help deliver projects that make Malanda an even better place to live, work and visit.

From community events and beautification projects to networking opportunities and local business advocacy, the Chamber is powered by volunteers who care deeply about our town.

When local businesses thrive, our whole community benefits.

Keep an eye on our page over the coming weeks as we share some of the projects and initiatives we’ve helped bring to life.

Last night Tableland Veterinary Services hosted our monthly meeting giving us a tour as well.

Next meeting will be hosted by Tablelands Landscape Supplies on Tuesday 14th July.

🌾 Tickets Close Tomorrow! 🌾

There’s still time to join us for the 2026 Malanda Show Rural & Junior Rural Ambassador Speeches Evening.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to support local youth, hear inspiring stories, and celebrate the leadership, confidence, and community spirit that agricultural shows help develop.

We would love to see a strong crowd there to support our entrants.

🎟 Tickets are just $15 and bookings close tomorrow morning.

Nice to see Malanda make the WorldAtlas list of 7 Queensland Small Towns With Unmatched Friendliness.
"Malanda feels like a close-knit community ready to welcome outsiders. Friendliness is not a performance; it is part of life in this unassuming Tablelands town."

Queensland's beauty is matched only by the welcoming vibes one gets from its residents. Here are seven small towns in Queensland with unmatched friendliness.

Great art achieved today as the sun shone in Malanda. Thanks to all the school kids and parents who turned out this afternoon to add colour to the new mural on the side of the Pink Pineapple Eats building. The kids received a lot of inspiration from our artist Daniel (Wally) Wallwork.
This project funded conjointly by Malanda Chamber of Commerce, Regional Arts Development Fund and the generous owner of the building. Keep a lookout for the finished mural soon.
