Our team was thrilled to provide the Happy Family Dinner at CatholicCare on 29 May 2026. A big thank you to MCNT for hosting this wonderful event on the last Friday of every month, bringing people together through friendship, food, and community spirit.

On 16 April, we proudly celebrated the Thai New Year at Parliament House, a truly special and meaningful occasion.

Our heartfelt thanks to Minister Jinson Charls for his valued support in making this celebration possible. We also appreciate the contributions of Minister Steven Egginton, Member of Parliament Mathew Kerle, Khoda Patel, Olly Carlson, and Laurie Zion, as well as the Thai community and friends of Thailand who joined us for this special occasion. This marks a fresh beginning, a time of renewal not only for Thailand but also for many of our Southeast Asian neighbours.

It was an honour to perform the traditional Rod Num Dum Hua ceremony within the Northern Territory’s most prominent constitutional building, a beautiful moment of respect, unity, and cultural pride.

As we step into this new chapter, may it bring joy, success, prosperity, and good health to all. Sawasdee P*e Mai!

4 January 2026, With full hearts and deep gratitude, we thank every volunteer who helped us move into our new home for the NT Thai Association. From lifting and packing, cleaning and gardening, to preparing food and sharing drinks, every helping hand, every smile, and every act of kindness made this journey truly special.
Because of you, the hard work felt lighter, the long hours felt shorter, and the spirit of community shone brightly. This is more than just a place it is a home built on unity, generosity, and love. A home that will welcome, support, and bring our community together for many centuries to come.
