Dandelions WA

11/10/2026

🥰We asked for help and the Dandelions community came.
What a fabulous morning we had at the Kubby yesterday for our first "Public Packing Day". Mums, dads, kids, teenagers, friends all turned up and lovingly packed "756" school backpacks for kids in need. Dandelions volunteers were run off their feet keeping the packing lines full, packing backpacks into pallets and wrapped each one ready for delivery.
Thank you all for a awesome morning.
Continue to follow us as there will be more Saturday morning packing days available soon.🩵

💪❤️ DANDELIONS WA NEEDS SOME STRONG MEN WITH KIND HEARTS! ❤️💪

Behind the scenes at Dandelions WA, there are some BIG jobs that simply need a little extra muscle!
We currently have 3 sea containers at our Malaga premises packed with heavy boxes containing:
🎒 20,000 school backpacks
🍎 5,000 lunchboxes

And now we need to empty the containers, sort the boxes and then carefully reload everything in an organised way so we are ready for our Back to School 2027 Campaign.

💪 CAN YOU HELP US?
Our wonderful volunteers have huge hearts and will take on just about anything that needs to be done. But sometimes... we need a little extra muscle power.😄
So, we're putting the call out to our strong men with kind hearts — if you've got the muscles, a few hours to spare and would like to help make a difference to thousands of Western Australian children, we would absolutely LOVE your help! ❤️
You don't need to be a Dandelions volunteer. You just need to be able to lift a heavy boxes! 💪📦

📅 SATURDAY, 12 SEPTEMBER 2026
⏰ 8:00am – 12:00pm
📍 Unit 3, 52 Crocker Drive, Malaga
(Corner of Irvine Drive)

Every box we move brings us one step closer to getting backpacks into the hands of children who need them.
Four hours of your time will help us prepare 20,000 backpacks for children across WA.

🙏 IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE COME ALONG!
Bring your muscles.
Bring your kind heart.
Bring a friend if you can!

Dandelions WA will bring the coffee, the teamwork and the gratitude. ☕❤️
Together, we can get this job done and get ready to give thousands of children a brighter start to the 2027 school year. 🎒💙
