We are really excited that after being a five time finalist Sundae has won the Holstein Australia Cow of the Year.

The win is bittersweet as sadly she passed away yesterday - peacefully in her sleep at the age of 15.5 years. Sundae was a very special cow that has left many high quality descendants and we are grateful to have been given the opportunity to purchase her as a heifer from Murray Varcoe.

Time to share our Winter Fair photos! Thanks to Brad Cullen and the team for capturing these great images.
We strive to breed high type and production cows and we have many different cow families in the herd. We currently have a surplus of heifers so we have young members of a range of cow families available for sale. Please message us if you would like further details.

We are very excited to see Sundae announced as a 5 time Australian Cow of the Year finalist! Congratulations to Murray Varcoe on breeding her too! We have dozens of exciting Sundae descendants, including two direct March'26 Jinx daughters and a Hinge pregnancy. Sundae is enjoying retirement at 15.5 years old and still delivers some occasional IVF embryos.

We have settled back in at home after taking 6 milkers to the 2026 Victorian Winter Fair.
During the show we had 66mm of rain so a big thank you to the team at home keeping things running. It's wet now but will be a great season!
Thanks to the team working at the show for the week, the cows looked fantastic and we received many favorable comments throughout the week. The crew in Bendigo for the week were, Hannah Dee, Mark Dee, Mandy Dee, Emily Robins, Astre Modra, Elouise Maxwell, Mick Rasmussen and Dirk Thompson. Thanks for fitting the team so well Dirk, you always get our cows looking their best!
Special shout out to Hannah, without your hard work at home and at the show, we simply wouldn't have got 6 milkers to the show!
Thanks also to Amanda Glossop for doing our name tags and being a great support.
