This week we celebrate International Nurses Day - so lets give a big shout out to the fabulous Child Health Nurses ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ that visit the SMBI ๐Ÿ and support our smallest Islanders ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿฝand their families๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ. Hip Hip Hooray Child Health Nurses!๐ŸŒท If you would like to chat to a Child Health Nurse you can ring the SMBI number (34884350) to make an appointment or drop down to the Macleay Island Progress Hall on a Tuesday morning between 9am and 11am.

In response to Cyclone Alfred, from 8 March 2025 to 24 March 2025 consumers in Queensland can access
the Healthdirect GP Helpline by calling 13 HEALTH.
