Australia is heading to Cape Town, South Africa for the 2026 PSi Under 18 Indoor Hockey Nationals and we want YOU on the team!

We are calling for Expressions of Interest from eligible Under 18 male and female athletes who want to represent Australia on the international stage this December.

📅 Tour Period: 12–19 December 2026
📍 Location: Cape Town, South Africa
🏆 Competition: 14–17 December 2026

To be eligible you must be born on or after 1 January 2008, hold a valid Australian passport and be available for the full tour period.

🔥 Junior Blaze is coming — and you don’t want your young players to miss this! 🔥

The Junior Blaze Program is back, bringing a state‑wide, high‑quality development experience for athletes aged 7–16. Designed for all skill levels, this program focuses on building strong technical foundations, confidence, and a connection to the culture through fun, engaging, skill‑based sessions.

This year, we’re excited to announce that Jamie‑Lee Surha (former MSHA player) and Karissa Van der Wath will be coming to Mackay to run the program! What an incredible opportunity for our juniors to learn directly from elite‑level role models.

🌟 What’s included:
- Skill‑focused sessions based on HQ High‑Performance drills
- Coaching and interactions with Blaze players
- Goalkeeper‑specific sessions
- Prizes, merch, certificates
- A Junior Blaze participation pack including a Blaze shirt and merch

With clinics held on turf or grass across Queensland, this is the perfect chance for young players to sharpen their skills, grow their passion for hockey, and be inspired by some of the best.
