Phoenix Place currently has vacancies available for two participants in our Supported Independent Living home.

We are seeking individuals who are the right fit for a welcoming, supportive, and person-centred environment where independence, choice, and community connection are encouraged every day.

Our SIL home offers:

✨ A safe and comfortable home environment
✨ Support tailored to individual goals and needs
✨ Opportunities to build independence and daily living skills
✨ A positive and inclusive household atmosphere
