We’re just about at the end of our Rally at first mystery Box rally - my fifth Rally overall & jodee’s fourth. I have to say it has been the most epic five days we’ve ever rallied.
We’ve had good roads where there was lots of tarmac. We’ve had absolutely dreadful roads like yesterday with those washouts and the creek crossings then the fog and the road being closed and having to sleep in a community hall.

It’s definitely been the most dramatic Rally we’ve done so far. Thank you all for your support for following us on our adventure.

And remember, if you have an inkling of adventurous spirit in your bones you can always sign up and do your own sh*tbox rally just go onto the Box rally’s website and register & they will let you know when the next Rally is on. It’s an experience will never forget and you might meet some pretty nice people along the way 😊

Looking at the scenery this morning on our way day down the mountain 2 things come to mind …
First - how beautiful it is up here, glad we got to see it AND holy cow - glad we weren’t trying to navigate these narrow windy roads in the dense mist last night

So it turns out we actually won’t be getting to Rollingstone until tomorrow morning. The road has been closed until 6am.

The locals at Puluma have scrambled to find us camping areas and food. We are holed up in a little community hall - out of the rain but inundated with other rally souls for the time being.

Held up while our mechanics get the little white going again. It is quite entertaining watching other vehicles take the crossing at various speeds and with varying degrees of success.

Bonus content - there is a second crossing 100m up the road
