“A Touch of Pink” for Breast Cancer Awareness today at our monthly meeting.
It was a wonderful sight to see so much support, to honour our dear member Margie’s memory and to welcome Tiana as our Guest Speaker. Tiana shared her story with Breast Cancer and educated us all on the important role that a support group/ service can provide to women and their partners.

📣 Townsville, we’re here! 💗

Wondering where the FNQ Development Team are up to? Jan, Lesley and Toni-Lee are at Willows Shopping Centre, meeting the wonderful people of Townsville and spreading the word about VIEW Clubs of Australia - Voice, Interests and Education of Women and our connection with The Smith Family.

We’re excited about the possibility of opening a new VIEW Club in Townsville, bringing women together for friendship, fun and a monthly catch-up, while helping Australian students experiencing disadvantage through The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program. 💕

We’ve been absolutely amazed by the interest shown this morning and are so happy to be chatting with so many lovely people!

🌸🐔 Spring was in the air at VIEW Mackay! 🐔🌸

There was plenty of springtime fun at our latest meeting, and you couldn’t miss our fabulous Spring Chickens! 🐔🌷

It was another busy and enjoyable meeting with New Member badges presented, raffles drawn and reports shared, keeping everyone up to date with all the wonderful things happening in our club.

💜 A huge congratulations to our Mackay members on their fundraising achievements! Their hard work and commitment have seen a large number of Joy Spreaders chosen, helping to make a difference to the lives of others. What a wonderful achievement!

🌟 Our Meet a Member this month was Toni-Lee, giving members the opportunity to get to know a little more about one of the women who makes up our VIEW community.

🎥 We were also delighted to welcome Cheryl Eagers from Your Video Angel as our guest speaker. Cheryl shared her knowledge and insights with us, giving members plenty to think about.

Thank you to everyone who came along, contributed, supported our fundraising and helped make another VIEW Mackay meeting such a lovely occasion.

To show our support for The Pyjama Foundation and for their contribution to the Literacy and Numeracy development of young people in foster care, our members were invited to wear their pyjamas.
Another day of Voices, Interest and Education for our women.
