Maccy Men's Shed is back in action on Thursday morning the 8th. of January. We hope everyone will have a wonderful Christmas and New Year's Eve break then be back at the shed revitalised... 😄

InDaily Regional Showcase Awards.
Another accolade for the Maccy Men's Shed, for the past 26 years the Regional Showcase Awards celebrates the achievements of individuals, groups and business that have made significant contributions to regional South Australia. Basically InDaily choose 20 top stories across SA regions for the year and judge (panel of people) which story is the best in category. The categories are: Agricultural Town of the Year (this year it was Lameroo), Regional Resilience Award, Business Innovation Award, Meaningful Connections Award, Community Empowerment Award, Lifelong Learning Award, and Peoples Choice Award. The Story published in our local paper about the Macclesfield Men's Shed being the Best Shed in Australia 2024 (called Shed of the Year Award) was nominated in two categories. Maccy Men's Shed won the Meaningful Connections Award and came second in the Peoples Choice category. Well done guys...
