What an incredible experience this has been, we can't thank everyone enough for the effort, contributions, delivery, coordination, resources, supplies, hard work, laughs and chats. Shining example of what it means to be Australian

Full apologies to Neil Tubb for ruining his grumpy man image and exposing him as having a heart of gold. The community won't soon forget the generosity of the Tubb family

As our community continues to support one another through recovery, we wish to let you know that the emergency relief from the Longwood Hay Depot will be closing up operations tomorrow Friday, 23 January 2026 at 2pm.

Over recent weeks, thousands of bales of hay, countless bags of fodder, and many other essential supplies have been distributed to those in need, a true reflection of the strength and generosity of our community, and those across Australia.

Moving forward, the VFF (https://www.vff.org.au/) will be coordinating farmers’ requirements and registering & reimbursing transporters, and BlazeAid (https://blazeaid.com.au/) will continue fencing operations from the Euroa Showgrounds.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Tubb Family and every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and kindness. Your generosity has made an enormous difference and will not be forgotten.

Please continue to look after one another, and thank you for the incredible spirit that has been shown. 💛

Does anyone have bags of pig food they can get to the Longwood Bushfire Fodder Fencing Depot ??
We've got bushfire victims in Terip with 8 sows with piglets in desperate need. Can't move them until piglets are older. 🙏🙏

Week 2 of the Longwood Bushfire Fodder Fencing Depot off to an impactful start!

We are open and receiving donations so please if you have animal fodder, fencing and farm supplies drop by at 107 Depot Road, Longwood (corner of Hume Fwy and Depot Road)

We would love if we can send trucks of hay donations directly to farm - contact the depot for assignment & directions 0486 355 149

Bulker bags of barley available now in 500kg bags. Can be unloaded from back of ute. Drop in to collect or call 0486 355 149 to arrange delivery.
