What an amazing 6 weeks we had participating in the Oz Harvest Nest Nutrition, Education and Skills Training.
A big thankyou to Chloe our dietitian and nutritionist who not only taught us how to turn ingredients in our fridge and pantry into tasty nutritious meals, but also learn how to get the best value out of foods, save, read labels, participate in trivia quizzes to really get us thinking and work as a team in the kitchen.
Chloe you respected everyone’s dietary requirements and cultural backgrounds.
You were very professional and friendly.
Everything was supplied each week.
We will definitely miss you.
All the ladies received a cookbook, a woollies voucher and lots of information about nutrition.
I would like to say a big thankyou to the ladies in our womens group, I am so proud of you all, well done girls πŸ₯°
We cant wait to visit the Refettorio Oz Harvest restaurant at Surry Hills soon.
Looking forward to next time.

What an incredible International Women’s Day we had.
Our space was filled with women and girls from across generations and cultures.
Each bringing their story, strength and voice.
The Principal Mrs Karen Mulder from Warwick Farm Public School bringing her year 6 students who are just beginning their journey, to women building new lives in our community, to those who bring wisdom and lived experience.
It was a beautiful reflection of what true inclusion looks like.
Special thanks to Charishma Kaliyanda our local MP who always inspires and supports.
Thankyou to our wonderful speakers, our community members who prepared and shared food from their cultures and everyone who joined us.
Events like this remind us why connection matters and how powerful it is when women support women.
